Android App Camera360: Various examples of the same image.

These pictures were made on a walk through my ‘backyard’, the Odenwald in Germany, as another try-out of the Android Camera market.

These pictures, except for the last one, were made with the multi-camera-function app “Camera360” free version.
The last one was made with a real HDR app; “HDR Camera” (free version)

Here are some impressions, all taken from the same spot but with a different Preset. The “Preset” is mentioned underneath the images.

No Camera360 but my favorite real HDR Android app “HDR Camera” (free version):

This app has got full resolution; takes 3 pictures which it compiles to 1 image. You can control tone-mapping parameters: contrast, micro-contrast, color vividness and exposure, which will result in better HDR quality than the one shot HDR app Camera360.

So, for the allround multifunction Camera app I would recommend “Camera360“, but for all real HDR stuff with difficult light, skies and backlight, I would recommend “HDR Camera” (free version):
