Earthquake scales (adjusted) in Germany, Europe

As you might have noticed, the earthquakes are increasing here in Germany. Every time I left an “I felt it!” remark to the agencies that investigate earthquakes there are a bunch of descriptions that you’re being asked. However, the comparisons to the current earthquake scale descriptions didn’t really match with what they felt like.

My guess was these earthquake scales are like they are because they mainly happen somewhere else.
And somewhere else they’ve got different houses, different buildings, different building styles, different building materials as well as a different ground structure; so basically it was difficult to compare.

Via juskiserdbeben I found a more “Europeanized” earthquake scale, which makes a lot more sense in this area. With “freundlicher Genehmigung” I’ve translated the European earthquake measurement scale in English:
