mgr: I said I want your February timesheet, not your January timesheet.
empl: I’ve send the Excel-spreadsheet you requested, you might want to click on the tab “January” for my January hours.
mgr: No, please send the January hours again.
empl: No need, that is the same spreadsheet
mgr: Just do as I said, I just want your January hours!!
empl: That is the same spreadsheet, you only need to click on the tab “January”
mgr: You do not think that people actually think when they receive an email?
